How to use Suki ERA MenoCycle Reviving Cooling Spray
Keep the bottle about 25 centimetres from your face, close your eyes and mouth and spray the Reviving Cooling Spray over your face, neck and décolletage. You can also apply the spray to the pulse points - like your wrists, in your elbows and behind your ears - for an extra cooling effect. You can use the spray throughout the day, on top of your makeup and especially during hot flashes.
