How do you use the Jade Roller?
Preparation:
Always use the Jade Roller on cleansed skin. Moisturize the skin with your favorite oil, balm or cream.
Directions
- Cheeks and jawline: Use moderate pressure and glide the large end of the roller from the chin up to the ears. Repeat 5 times. Calmly move along the cheek and follow the same procedure.
- Forehead: Use moderate pressure and glide the large end of the roller from the center of the forehead to the ears. Repeat 5 times on both sides of the forehead.
- Under the eyes: Apply moderate pressure with the small end of the roller. Roll from the innermost corner of the nose and out towards the outer corner of the eye. Repeat 10-15 times and then switch to opposite eye.
- Eyebrows: Apply moderate pressure with the small end of the roller. Roll from the center and out towards the ears. Repeat 10-15 times and then change to the opposite eyebrow.
- Temples: Use moderate pressure with the small end. Glide with small motions up and down. Repeat on both sides of the face.
Important! Clean and dry your Jade Roller after use to remove dirt and prevent bacterial growth. Clean the Jade Roller with mild soap and cold water.
