For pregnant women, folic acid (vitamin B11) is a valuable vitamin. Folic acid increases the folate status of the (expectant) mother, lowering the risk factors for the development of neural tube defects in the foetus. Besides an extra dose of folic acid, Zinergi Multi Mama consists of 42 other vitamins and minerals that contribute to energy levels, resistance, defence and normal red blood cell formation, among other things. In addition to vitamins, minerals added to Multi Mama include magnesium, iron, iodine, copper, zinc, chromium, manganese and selenium.
